The v3/me/cloud-access-role endpoint can return the same cloud access role and account pairing multiple times (observed consistently with CARs assigned directly to users rather than through a user group). The CAR selection prompt rendered each repeated row verbatim, so a single role could show up three times in the picker. Skip rows whose display name (name + id) is already present, mirroring the dedupe that MapAccountsFromCARS already does for account names.
