Tempo v0.4.0 - April 25th, 2026

Added

~o in match context. On the left-hand side of match?/2, case clauses, =, or a function head, the sigil now expands to a structural pattern — prefix-matching the value's :time keyword list while leaving :calendar, :shift, :extended, and :qualification unconstrained. Thanks to @am-kantox for the PR.
