FastOpenFile-1.1.0

This is a simple extension that provides a much faster quick file search for files within the workspace and related utilities for C++. Specifically it provides the following commands:

• extension.kfso.FastOpenFile: Instantly finds a given file given a prefix (Ex: Type "Compat" and as you type it will show all files starting with the prefix, at any time you can hit enter and it will go to the first result, or you can select another one from the list).
• extension.kfso.SwitchHeaderCpp: Instantly switch to the corresponding .h, .cpp, or .c file with the same base name if it exists in the index. (Ex: If you have Class.h open it will open Class.cpp or Class.c and vice versa)

To provide these it indexes all the files in your workspace and adds them to an in-memory Trie for quick access. It supports excluding certain directories and file suffixes from the results. Note that for very large codebases the initial indexing can take a minute or so and the file search will not be usable until it completes. For a large codebase like Unreal Engine 5 on an SSD this takes about 20 seconds for reference. It only needs to do this on startup and the search will be instantaneous for huge codebases afterwards.
