TUC v0.1.0 - First Public Research Release
First public research release of TUC - The Universal Compute.
TUC v0.1.0 publishes a bounded proof that compute intent can cross a hardware-independent interface into capability-driven planning and trusted heterogeneous prototype execution while preserving inspectable correctness evidence.
Included proofs
- Objective Alpha: hardware-independent HAC-IR, deterministic planning, trusted prototype execution, reference correctness, and backend equivalence.
- Objective Gamma: installed data-only backend integration through the public API and CLI.
- Objective Delta: installed Source Intent to no-fallback heterogeneous execution through external capability packages and fixed trusted executors.
- Deterministic Objective Delta reproduction kit and digest-bound receipt.
- Source-worker OCI archive, verification receipts, CycloneDX SBOMs, SHA-256 checksums, and GitHub build attestations.

This release is a research prototype. It does not claim production compiler readiness, arbitrary source ingestion, executable third-party plugins, native backend or physical-device execution, native performance parity, vendor replacement, or independent third-party reproduction. Release-side replay is not independent validation.
