Initial public release of Matterbridge Hubspace.

• Exposes Hubspace lights, ceiling fans, outlets, and switches as Matter endpoints.
• Supports on/off, brightness, RGB color, and fan-speed controls when reported by the device.
• Includes periodic state polling and device discovery.
• Requires Matterbridge 3.10.4 or newer and a supported Node.js release.

Install from npm with npm install -g matterbridge-hubspace --omit=dev.
