• Conflict radar — an orange dot on project tabs and a ⚠ overlaps with … line in the agent queue when two agents' worktrees change the same file, with "(same lines)" when the edits really collide. Informational only, read-only, idle with one worktree.
• Agent hooks survive a server restart on another port — tmux-kept shells no longer lose their events; the hook helper finds the new server via ~/.termdeck/server.json (0600).

Fixes

• termdeck doctor no longer reports a false "no shell could be spawned" under npx / global installs on macOS. node-pty's spawn-helper isn't executable after those installs; the server restores the bit on start but doctor didn't. It now restores it first and tells you, or prints the exact chmod if it can't.
