SFTP Sync Extension Not working

Bug Description

I have an SFTP folder with settings.json inside for my SFTP extension. When I open that folder, an icon on the left, below kiro, appears where I can browse the server.
After the update, I can no longer see that. I already tried reinstalling Kiro. I did this after confirming that it is only an issue with my Kiro IDE. I tried opening VSCode and Cursor IDE and I can see my files in server, and sync options are there for my local files.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open kiro
2. Install SFTP by Natizyskunk
3. Create folder and configure sftp.json inside.
4. SFTP Icon should appear.
5. Test on VSCode (Vanilla) and it should show.

Expected Behavior

SFTP Icon present left panel below kiro icon where I cna browse server files.

This issue was filed on an early Kiro build (0.x). We've shipped significant improvements across the board since then — current versions are Kiro IDE 1.0.293 and Kiro CLI 2.18.0. Please upgrade to the latest version at https://kiro.dev/ and let us know if you still see this issue by opening a new issue with a fresh Conversation ID and your current version. Closing this as stale.
