How I think

Memory is the missing primitive in most agent systems. Agents that can't distinguish what they know from what they assume, or what they got wrong from what they learned - are just autocomplete with extra steps.

I'm building toward open AI infrastructure - starting with memory, then the systems around it. Everything ships in the open. Mimir is the first piece of that: a memory layer that won't let a lesson stick unless it's actually measured to help.
