Building KIT DM base fails

Due to the shutdown of the Googlecode repository, building the current master branch of the KIT DM base package including all older versions fails as the dependency com.googlecode.sardine:sardine:314 can't be resolved.

Dependency of sardine 314 added to local repository under 'libs'. Furthermore, sardine dependency will be updated in next version of KIT DM.
