Fixed portable release: SoundVolumeView.exe is now bundled again — without it, per-monitor audio routing didn't work at all.

VU Meter — shows live peaks in the app table.
App Rules — UI added to add/remove rules directly in the Control Panel.
Headset Priority — device picker added (the feature was previously a no-op).
🐛 Key fixes
Volume slider — removed process storm (debounced), smooth now.
Hotkey Ctrl+Alt+M — correctly cycles between monitors.
Game Mode — fullscreen detected on any monitor, not just the primary one.
Handle leak, thread-safe settings, exact device matching, crash log now in %AppData%.
🧹 Removed
Web Remote (http://IP:8085) — feature dropped; mentions cleaned from README and the in-app guide (10 languages).
📦 Self-contained EXE, ~68.7 MB, no .NET install required.
