Fixed

  • Codex native hooks now use the supported timeout field in seconds instead of the ignored timeoutSec.
  • Reinstall and upgrade canonicalize existing Caveat-owned hook entries in place.
  • Diagnostics flag the legacy shape until it is repaired.
