Alpha v0.2 (Wolf Tail)

Wolf Tail is a massive improvement on Fox Paw, although there is still much to be done. Unfortunately there won't be much happening to WP-Librarian for a few weeks so Wolf Tail is here to stay for a while.

Many improvements, including:
-Fixed critical bug in scheduling system
-Improved method of keeping track of user debt, including debt payments
-Added tracking of most modifications to the library, noting date and librarian
-Improved structure of entire plugin, switching to near entirely OOP, except for 20 or so helper functions
-Fixed minor possible security flaw by adding direct call protection to various helper, class and template files
