What's New

Headless Auth (Device Code Flow)

  • yaver auth --headless for SSH/headless servers (GPU boxes, cloud VMs)
  • Auto-detects headless environments (SSH_TTY without DISPLAY)
  • Terminal QR code — scan with phone to authenticate
  • Shows human-readable code (e.g. ABCD-1234) as fallback
  • Polls until authorized, 15-minute expiry

Two-Factor Authentication (TOTP)

  • Optional 2FA via any TOTP authenticator app (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy, etc.)
  • Enable/disable from the web dashboard at yaver.io/dashboard
  • 8 one-time recovery codes on setup
  • Works with all auth methods: OAuth (Apple/Google/Microsoft) and email/password
  • Device code flow inherits 2FA from the web session — no double prompts
