  • fix: pass folder_per_namespace to list_resources() in the SLEEP/resource_name watch loop

鈿狅笍 Regression notice:
2.11.0 broke METHOD=SLEEP and single-namespace RESOURCE_NAME watches: list_resources() was called with one argument too few. 2.10.3 is the last unaffected release. Anyone on 2.11.0 should upgrade to 2.11.1 immediately. See #628 for the full analysis.
