관리자 페이지는 다음과 같은 기능이 구현되어야 합니다.

DB에 저장되어 있는 ranking data를 수정할 수 있어야 합니다.
Scrapper를 작동시켜 새로운 ranking data를 DB에 업데이트 할 수 있어야 합니다.
