Live contract checks, compiled embedding defaults, and a way to turn off MCP meta-tools.

• validate --live fingerprints embedding dim (VB2017 / VB2018) and payload-path drift (VB4004)
• Compiler honors defaults.embedding; per-tool query.embedding still wins
• vectorsmith serve --no-meta-tools omits list_available_tools / run_tool
• run_tool re-validates inner args and still applies static_filters (documented; not a bypass)
• Pinecone namespace / Weaviate tenant vs payload static_filters documented
