Moonpool v0.3.16

• Several Moonpools at once. The installed Moonpool and any number of portable copies can run side by side, one per folder, each with its own apps, tray icon and control channel.
• Theme browser. 68 themes, each previewed in its own colors.
• Runnable examples. A fresh apps.json holds example apps that all run as they are. The example dashboards now live in an app-owned dashboards/examples folder that updates with Moonpool.
• apps.json errors are shown. A banner over the sidebar shows the error, and a failed Reload keeps the last list that loaded.
• Control channel on Linux and macOS, through a Unix socket, plus the list verb.
• About and the app editor follow theme and language changes live. The Install Moonpool... menu item is hidden off Windows.
• Rewritten in-app help, with new pages for troubleshooting, logs, backup and recovery, and AI agents.

Hover-wake transparency across all windows; About window polish

Every window with a transparency tint (hub, Settings, Editor, About) now
wakes to full opacity on hover and eases back over 2s on leave, driven by
a registered --app-alpha custom property so the fade animates in plain
CSS. The Editor and About windows previously never applied the persisted
transparency setting at all (always rendered fully opaque); both now read
it on open and update live from Settings.

About window: credits list gained Rust and per-item URL tooltips, the
byline changed to "Made by {author}", the icon gets a debounced hover
ripple + brighter glow, and the Check Updates button now uses #007eb9.

Bump version to 0.3.9.
