Implementation plans for this repository, organized by milestone. Each plan is
reviewed (and corrected, where a later review found a defect) before or during
implementation, and records the GitHub issue/sub-issues that track the work.
Plans live under plan/syncwingetlink/<slug>.md; a _ja suffix marks the
Japanese translation of a page.

The Date column is each plan page's first commit date in this wiki. The
Status column is a snapshot of the wording each page's own "Status:" line
used at the time it was last edited — some pages (M3, M5, M7) predate later
work that resolved items they left open; see each page's own body, and
docs/task.md in the repository, for the current, authoritative state.
The plans above implement Win32, COM, and MSVC surface documented by Microsoft Learn. The links below are the canonical reference pages for that surface, grouped by the milestone area that relies on them — useful background for reading the plans above or reviewing the corresponding code, not a claim that these exact pages were the ones consulted while the plans were originally written.
