KKVR can run under emulated or native IPA.

Emulated

Copy contents of Release\Plugins (dlls and subfolders) into BepInEx\ipa
Copy Release\IPA\Data\Plugins\x86_64\*.dll into Koikatu_data\Mono

Native

Just follow billyboy's instruction for IPA. Note that for hipoly overworld, you need special version which looks for hipoly models:
