session create/list など switch/remove 以外のサブコマンドが確定済みの ときに complete_args が候補を返さない経路（builtins.rs の自由入力アーム） がどのテストでも踏まれておらず、main 由来の 1 行が未カバーになって release PR の coverage CI を 100% 未満で落としていた。確定済みサブコマンド 後は候補なしで入力を据え置くことを検証するテストを追加して 100% に戻す。 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
