First signed and notarized release. No product changes.

Gatekeeper-friendly. Clyde is now signed with a Developer ID certificate and notarized by Apple. First launch no longer shows the "unidentified developer" warning — just open the DMG and drag to Applications.
Sparkle auto-updates activated. The appcast is now live, so future versions will install themselves in the background instead of requiring a manual DMG download.
