Changes

• Bulk edit applies a card color to every selected account at once, and "none" clears them.
• Select all adds to the current selection instead of replacing it, so picking all inside a folder keeps what was selected at the root.
• winget manifests are submitted automatically when a release is published.

Fixes

• A custom card color no longer swallows the ban outline, in grid and in list view.
• Ban outlines stay visible when the colored card outlines setting is off.

Install notes

• Windows: run the .exe (NSIS) installer.
• Linux: install the .deb / .rpm, or chmod +x the .AppImage and run it.
• macOS (Apple Silicon): the app is not yet notarized. After copying Accshift.app to Applications, clear the quarantine flag once: xattr -cr /Applications/Accshift.app.
