0.1.3 修复与加固

• 修复危险 bug：dsh-config-vault prune --keep-manual abc（非法数字）此前会被当成 0，把快照全部清空；核心层 prune 与 CLI 现在都会拒绝非负整数以外的保留数量。
• 预演/恢复不再对“快照里没有文件的作用域”给出误导性警告（例如没备份工作区时不提示工作区重写）。
• 空快照（没收集到任何配置文件）会明确 warning，而不是静默成功。
• 新增 CLI 集成测试，测试总数 29 → 36，全部通过。
