• Before asking to deploy, setup names the project checkouts the deploy writes into, since it replaces files such as AGENTS.md and CLAUDE.md in each.

Fixed

• Setup no longer writes into project checkouts before you answer the deploy prompt. In 0.3.0 it wrote .docs/stratarc-control-plane.md into every git checkout under the projects root's active/ folder even when you answered n. It now refreshes only the source root's control-plane.md, and the snapshots are written by the deploy.
