• Keep indeterminate Codex thread starts fail-closed: do not navigate or synthesize owned history, disable duplicate starts, and wait for native discovery reconciliation.
• Keep phone-only archive semantics visible to touch and assistive-technology users instead of hiding the explanation in hover text.
