docs(landing): cinematic framed Pages site

Summary

• Reframe the GitHub Pages landing: centered wrap, gutter, product on a stage, cursor-driven --live glow, cinematic scroll and nav shutter.
• Compact N5 pill on small screens (Nightwolf + Menu + Baixar); Luz / Efeitos / Cenas in a details menu until 60rem.
• Install stays irm / curl only. Limpeza names the RGB processes it detects. Footer no longer locks the product to Windows.

Test plan

• Open https://klebertiko.github.io/NightwolfRGB/ on a phone (~320–414px): pill fits, Menu opens Luz/Efeitos/Cenas, no horizontal scroll.
• Desktop: inline Luz/Efeitos/Cenas, cursor walks wash colors, hash nav shutter works.
• Download band shows PowerShell and Git Bash only (no zip link).
• Limpeza copy lists iCUE, Armoury Crate, Synapse and the rest of the detected set.
