KleinFlow 1.0.0 Beta

Initial public source release of KleinFlow.
This release includes the KleinFlow source code, tests, docs, launch scripts, and model downloader.
Model weights are not included. Run download_models.bat after setup to fetch the pinned model files.
License: AGPL-3.0. Model files retain their own upstream licenses.
