Evidence URI bug

There's a bug when displaying evidence uploaded via the Dispute Resolver that causes the application to crash. 
This scenario occurs if the uploaded evidence via the Dispute Resolver does not have a file attached, thus the URI field does not exist, which the app is not ready for.
