xDai list creation completion page - new list URL is incorrect #247
Description
When a new list is created on xDai (see screenshot for reference, clicking on the new address/link leads you to an incorrect URL:
- Currently it does: https://curate.kleros.io/tcr/0xA78ec5742A5d360f92F6d6d7E775Fb35Ab559a51
- When it should link to: https://curate.kleros.io/tcr/**[CHAIN_ID]**/0xA78ec5742A5d360f92F6d6d7E775Fb35Ab559a51
