Take action if (Meta)Evidence validation fails #155
Description
We need to take some action if hash validations fail.
Recommended approach for now is just to display an icon that tells the juror if what they are looking at is verified safe or not.
NOTE: Doges on Trial disputes are not going to pass validation at the moment. So we need to update DoT first so that when we push this change through and those disputes can be verified.
