Description
The Recent Activity widget should display the latest activity across all entries in the Scout registry, whether it's a submission, challenge or inclusion in the registry. It must use the latest event as a reference point.

Moreover, the widget should be dynamic, as shown in the initial draft: https://curate-delta.vercel.app/ .
The widget should rotate the displayed entries approximately every 6 seconds per group.
