Independent fork of XeUnshackle — all original code and core development belong to Byrom90. Version restarts at 1.0.0.

This is (and likely always will be) BETA software and should be treated as such.
You may encounter bugs and crashes.

Read the file README - IMPORTANT.txt provided in the download for general setup and usage instructions.

Keep in mind extensive testing for something like this is very difficult.
The provided files are setup to allow remote access via xbox neighborhood and connection from jrpc2 based pc tools.
No further plugin tests were performed.

Changes:

• Auto-Start — press Start and the app exits to the dashboard on its own on future launches, after a countdown. B cancels it.
• Hide the keys — press A to mask the CPUKey and DVDKey with * for photos and streams. The ConsoleInfo.txt saved with X always contains the real ones.
• Boot animation options — skip it, or play it quieter.
• Your own boot animation — drop an XeUnshackleVideo.wmv next to default.xex, no rebuild needed. A converter is included: drag a video onto BootVideo\convert-video.bat. Guide
• All of it is controlled by one optional XeUnshackleConfig.txt, created by pressing Start or written by hand. Every setting is documented here.

Caution

The custom boot animation is this app's own video, not the console's bootanim in flash. Never replace that one.
