KloudMateRum for iOS 0.3.1.

Fixes the config initializer so Swift callers pass only the three required fields and override any other default individually, instead of supplying all twenty.

Install with Swift Package Manager: https://github.com/kloudmate/rum-mobile-swift

Requires iOS 12 or later.
