cmdstat v1.0.0

This release includes a pre-compiled binary, the zsh plugin, and an install script which will attempt to install the files to sane default directories.

After installing, make sure to source the zsh plugin in your .zshrc with the line source ~/.config/zsh/custom/cmdstat/cmdstat.plugin.zsh
