Location: Europe during the late Industrial Revolution (late 1800s) Technology: Steam-punk feel. Some people have the ability to invent stuff. Catastrophic event: Volcanic eruption (MT. Etna?). Ash fallout (3-6 inches or feet). NPC: Randomized hostile or friendly. Command base NPC that will do actions. Plot: Generic Area, Generic Time period.
