Kinetic Vanguard v14.2.0 expands both the player-facing reference and the maintained balance evidence.

Highlights:

  • Paid on-hit riders can be declared on multiple Manifested Strikes in the same Attack action, with Psi and Blood Tax paid independently for each declaration.
  • Vectored Thrust now progresses from flight, to faster flight, to concentration-free faster flight.
  • Calculator / Feature Deck is now the complete individual-feature surface. Calculable features expose deterministic math; qualitative features retain their complete canonical rules without fabricated calculations.
  • Blood Tax has a first-class calculated card and dedicated Start Here guidance.
  • Rules Reference now focuses on shared subclass systems and chassis rules.
  • The maintained SRD 5.2.1 catalog contains 330 creatures. The reviewed 47-target headline profile is now the public/default benchmark profile; legacy_v14_1 remains available for 28-target longitudinal reproduction, and eligible_census remains the 93-target validation/sensitivity inventory.
  • Battle Master and Eldritch Knight Control Reliability assumptions are corrected for legal retry and primer behavior.

The published balance matrices are deterministic exact analytical results. Control Reliability measures whether the configured control package takes effect; it does not measure relative control severity, duration, area, or strategic value.
