Rename Magnifier -> ScreenFilter (in user facing strings and EXE)
Fix region offset
Improve robustness for running multiple EXEs:
- remove initial flashing (they still may flash if overlapping or nearly)
- don't allow a new EXE if still configuring
- Add shortcut Ctrl+N for new instance
- Allow saving to same file from multiple open instances
Allow loading another slot at any point
Fix default-invert for saved slots
Some refactoring
