MP Membership Limit 0.1

This is the initial release of the plugin, while it seems pretty solid, use it in a production environment at your own risk. This is being offered for free, so don't expect any technical or customer support.

It adds the ability to the premium MemberPress plugin (REQUIRED) to limit membership sign-ups, primarily when using memberships as tickets or for any access with a limited capacity. It integrates a meta box into the Membership editor, adds a column to the Membership Management page, and adds a settings page under MemberPress in the WordPress Admin menu. Please note that this is not an official MemberPress add-on.

This gist code snippet (see README) showed me the basic idea, which I modified, expanded, and turned into this plugin. This plugin is not based on, nor is it a "nulled" version, of that gist author's premium plugin that apparently did something similar.
