The TandaPay simulation is supposed to model the behavior of users of the Tandapay decentralized insurance/whistleblower protocol. The chief goal of the simulation is to study the relationship between the number of users who defect (disagree with a claim when it happens, and refuse to pay, causing remaining members' premiums to increase) and group collapse.
We wanted to find what percentage of honest defectors are required to cause groups to collapse, in order to find out if the protocol serves it's purpose of being resilient to collusion to take advantage of it.
The simulation can result in either a Win, Loss, or Draw, with probability depending on the initial variables the simulation is executed with.
