Security — updates

Release signatures: mandatory Ed25519 on Core ZIP apply from 2.13.4; commercial extensions always require signature_hex.
Download path: JWT download tokens respect KNOT_RELEASE_CHANNEL (beta/stable).

Fixes

ExtensionRegistry: ignore installer stash folders (*.backup.*) so installed version reflects the live tree after apply.
UpdatesView: force-refresh notify cache after successful apply.
