Knot Core 2.13.6 (beta)

Hotfix release restoring official extension transition manifest pins.

Fixes

  • Updates Apply 422 (license_invalid / tampered) when upgrading Knot Migration 0.21.4 or Knot Pro Pack 0.1.4 installs that still carry the previous official manifest signatures.
  • Transition pins in OfficialManifestSignatures.php now match signatures shipped with those extension releases.
