Fixes Ashfall Native startup and world creation.

Sanitizes Ashfall native product datapack block/tag references that caused registry loading failures before world open.
Restages invalid Ashfall product datapacks from bundled module resources instead of trusting stale/bad files.
Ships Native Loader client library 1.0.4 for launcher installs.
