7-Zip built in

The app now brings its own 7-Zip. .7z archives unpack faster, and ZIPs encrypted with AES or packed with Deflate64 open without installing anything.

Also new

• Jobs you select together stay selected while the queue fills in game names.
• When a file of a patch can't be applied, the job now stops and names the file. Before, the game was built without it and only a warning said so.

Fixed

• A job on a new extra temp drive was skipped for lack of space.
• Saving settings while the app was reading them could set your profile aside as damaged.
• Moving files between two shares of the same server failed.
• Organize with overwrite stopped on leftovers from an interrupted run.
• Unpacking into a folder that can't be cleared now stops with a message.

Install

Download PS5-UltraPack-2.2.5-macos-arm64.zip below, unzip it and start the app. If macOS won't open it, run this once in Terminal:

xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine "PS5 UltraPack.app"
