Release 0.2.0

Major improvements and additions to the packages:

• support for abstracts
• support for thesis title pages
• support for thesis declarations
• additional class option format which allows custom page layout, e.g. an enlarged page layout with format=enlarge
• additional class option thesistype to call type-specific format, e.g. for the title pages (please note: PhD thesis support is still to come)

Other bugfixes/changes since v0.1.0:

• minor adjustments in page calculation and its documentation
• number of names to be cited now set to 2 or less
• fixed bug with eprint links and journal titles in bibliography (thanks to @ebothmann)
• optimised leading in float captions
