…yed EVM/Bulletin setup - rewrite the project overview and runbook around the deployed EVM contract and Bulletin frontend - fix generated deployment config so env overrides take precedence over the embedded EVM address - record Bulletin deployment metadata alongside the EVM contract address - replace IPFS upload/env documentation with the current asset flow description add CORS-aware response helpers for health and plain-text endpoints - simplify Artist Studio copy and tracked asset handling, remove IPFS-specific wording, and switch seeded refs away from ipfs:// - force the frontend to use the testnet EVM RPC by default - remove the obsolete IPFS upload hook

- fix the session panel layout so it no longer overlaps the hero title - add clickable Blockscout links for transaction hashes in the feedback modal - add clickable Blockscout verification link on the deployed contract address - refine related UI spacing and verification copy
