The Alice course strategy has been fully designed. All entities should be aware of the funnel and their role in it.

The funnel

GTD literacy → "every rabbit is a folder" → browser course (ideology, never pitch) → daily engagement w/ budget → content bubble grows in-browser → buy refurbished ThinkPad → flash koad:io ISO → boot → Alice transfers bubble → student has sovereign ground

Key decisions

• The course is a pre-req, not a promotion. koad:io is the product. Alice is flight school before the flight deck.
• Cognitive sovereignty first. Alice teaches GTD/commitment management before touching files and folders.
• Never pitch. Alice teaches ideology. Student arrives at the conclusion themselves.
• Daily budget — free tier limits daily exchanges. GitHub sponsors get more. No dark patterns.
• Milestones/badges/tiers — Lurker → Student → Operator → Builder → Sponsor → Ring member
• Mobile + voice — phone in ear, hands on laptop. Alice is tower control.
• koad:io ISO — minimal Debian, pre-installed. Zero friction from convinced to running.
