Fixed

• FloatingPanel's header −/+ toggle now actually collapses and expands the
  panel. The click applies the change to the DOM directly instead of waiting on
  the collapsed trait round-trip, which did not reliably repaint.

Added

• FloatingPanel gains an optional title caption shown on the header bar. It
  stays visible when the panel is minimized, and collapsing now preserves the
  panel's expanded width so the header stays a readable bar instead of shrinking
  to just the grip and toggle.
• ProgressBar now mirrors its progress into a fancy animated terminal bar when
  used in script mode (outside a marimo/jupyter notebook) and the optional
  rich library is installed. No loop
  changes are needed — each bar.value assignment updates a spinner + colored
  bar + percentage + M/N count + time-remaining display, and the bar tracks the
  value in both directions. Install rich with pip install rich; without it,
  or inside a notebook, behavior is unchanged.
