• CircularSlider and CircularRangeSlider: new dial-style widgets for picking a value or a span on a full circle. The API mirrors mo.ui.slider / mo.ui.range_slider (start, stop, step, value) and the ring is configurable via size, thickness, show_value, and color. Dragging inside the filled arc of a range slider translates the whole (low, high) window, wrapping freely around the 12 o'clock seam — a wrap-around range is represented as a tuple where low > high. Dragging either handle past the other also wraps (no swap). Construction tolerates (high, low) for backwards-compatible "min/max" calls by sorting on init. The numeric readout is rendered below the dial. Construction raises ValueError when size < 2 * thickness + 30 so callers don't get a silently broken render. The color traitlet accepts any CSS color string ("#ef4444", "tomato", etc.) and recolors the fill arc and handle border; leave it empty to follow the light/dark theme. The label traitlet places a text label above the dial — matching the label= parameter on mo.ui.slider.
