brewdoc 0.3.0

Fast, deterministic document-to-Markdown conversion for agent systems. Easy to install. No model weights, OCR or external services.

  • Adds EPUB 2/3 conversion in spine order with Unicode metadata and navigation.
  • Adds public HTML URL acquisition and optional bounded JavaScript capture with the render-js extra.
  • Retains offline PDF, DOCX, PPTX, spreadsheet and static HTML conversion.

Requires Python 3.12+; HTML/URL require CPython 3.12-3.14.

Choose one method (use an active virtual environment for pip):

python -m pip install "brewdoc==0.3.0"
uv tool install --python 3.12 "brewdoc==0.3.0"
pipx install --python 3.12 "brewdoc==0.3.0"
