ACK 2.0.0 — multi-agent, fully local, provider-pluggable.

Highlights: two new agents (Pi, Hermes), multi-agent detection + startup activation, a state-aware welcome, local tool install, MCP servers for any MCP-capable agent (JSON/TOML/YAML), and tool-selection-preset profiles.

Fixes: skills disable by renaming SKILL.md (not the directory); Claude Code HTTP/SSE MCP servers (url-only) now save and load.
